RRM Organic Recycling (RRMOR) provides consultancy and project management services to organic waste generators and processors across Australia — for both solid and liquid streams.
RRM Organic Recycling Pty Ltd (RRMOR) was established by Chris Graham (BSc.Agr) in 2018, following 25 years’ experience in the organic waste recycling industry. We provide consultancy and project management services to organic waste generators and processors for both solids and liquid streams.
Services offered to Government & Industry
From biosolids reuse and mine rehabilitation to composting and BiobiN technology — practical, compliant, and grounded in three decades of hands-on experience.
Biosolids
RRMOR has over 30 years’ experience working for Local Government and Water Authorities in biosolids reuse, processing and consulting across Australia. We specialise in developing local biosolids reuse programs.
We have extensive experience with dewatered cake, alkaline stabilised and thermally dried biosolids — over 1 million tonnes successfully reused. RRMOR currently manages 30,000 tonnes per year of dewatered cake, with land application programs on farms and mine sites in NSW.
Mine rehabilitation
RRMOR specialises in the reuse of dewatered biosolids for mine site rehabilitation. Over the past 25 years we have managed many projects and rehabilitated over 500 hectares of open-cut coal-mines in the NSW Hunter Valley.
We have established working relationships with mine site managers, environmental officers and spreading contractors, and a number of mines have adapted their rehabilitation practices around the use of biosolids with outstanding results.
Services we provide
All NSW projects are managed in accordance with the NSW EPA Environmental Guidelines for the Use and Disposal of Biosolids Products (2001) and relevant state regulations.
Composting
Composting offers communities an essential and cost-effective strategy for recovering the resource value of organic waste while reducing landfill and greenhouse gas emissions.
Over the past 25 years, RRMOR has developed in-vessel and open windrow-composting systems for kerbside collected garden organics, food organics and biosolids.
Services offered to Government & Private Industry
The BiobiN® was developed by Mr Peter Wadewitz of Peats Soil & Garden Supplies to process and recycle poultry mortalities, and has been widely adopted by poultry processors and farmers across Australia.
BiobiN®
The BiobiN® is a sealed 9m³ metal in-vessel composting unit. It has an attached fan, condenser and biofilter, with air recirculated through pipes in the floor of the unit to accelerate composting. It is recognised by the NSW Department of Primary Industries and peak industry bodies as a best-practice solution for the management of poultry mortalities.

Bio-security & benefits

RRMOR was established by Chris Graham in 2018, following 25 years’ experience in the organic waste recycling industry. Chris holds an honours degree in Agricultural Science, with a practical background in farming and working at NSW Agriculture’s Organic Waste Recycling Unit.
Since 1996, Chris has played a key role in developing green organics collection and processing strategies for local government, as well as biosolid reuse strategies for Sydney Water, Hunter Water, Brisbane Water and Gosford City Council.
Since 1998, he has been responsible for the management and reuse of over 1,000,000 tonnes of dewatered cake and lime-amended biosolids in mine rehabilitation and agriculture. Chris has travelled extensively throughout the USA and Europe, gaining a deep understanding of a wide range of organic waste processing technologies and applications.
